The volume, “Characteristics of Temporary Migration in European-Asian Transnational Social Spaces”, is now available. It presents findings from the multi-country research project, Transnational Migration in Transition: Transformative Characteristics of Temporary Mobility of People (EURA-NET), which was coordinated by the University of Tampere. The project ran from February 2014 to January 2017, funded by the European Union. SMC implemented the project in the Philippines. SMC’s contribution, “Enriching Journeys: Transnational Temporary Migration Between the Philippines and Europe,” was co-authored by Maruja M.B. Asis and Karen Anne S. Liao.
