This is the keynote address delivered by Graziano Battistella at Exodus V, held from August 31-September 3 in Singapore. Attention is called to the categories of migrants who, willing or unwilling, are subject to invisibility, in particular victims of trafficking, irregular migrants, forced migrants, domestic workers and unaccompanied children. Invisibility must be overcome through recognition.
