SMC is pleased to share with you a new publication (2026), Fair Skilled Mobility: A Manifesto, an edited volume that “sets out a manifesto for transparent, fair and sustainable migration skill infrastructure.” Edited by Izabela Groabowska and Mary Boatema Setrana, the book is based on work from the Link4Skills consortium and its sister projects, GS4S and SKILLS4SjUSTICE.  SMC is part of the Link4Skills Consortium and has a contribution on bilateral labor agreements co-authored by Geoffrey Ducanes, Maruja MB Asis and Maria Andrea Soco-Roda.
