Intermarriages in International Contexts. Quezon City: Scalabrini Migration Center, 1990. 

This study examines intermarriages between Filipino women and their male partners from Australia, Japan and Switzerland through data obtained from interviews of 251 spouses, group discussions, and public opinion as reflected in the media. Demographic and labor market conditions in the countries concerned, characteristics of intermarriages, psychosocial factors, and religious and social support mechanisms are described, with recommendations for future policy.
