The initiative brought\u00a0\u00a0 together\u00a0\u00a0 international, regional, state\u00a0\u00a0 and\u00a0\u00a0 local\u00a0\u00a0 actors\u00a0\u00a0 to\u00a0\u00a0 improve\u00a0\u00a0 global governance and to highlight just policies and good practices.\u00a0 The International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC) led the research track for this project on \u201cJobs, demography and migration.\u201d The report is one of the studies commissioned by ICMC to SMC. \u00a0Like the global trend, young Filipinos are retreating from agriculture despite programs to attract or retain them in the sector.
