They are working on a project exploring the Philippine perspective on the pilot program deploying Filipino caregivers in South Korean households as a response to the declining birthrate by providing assistance in childcare responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. De Guzman is also an Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines Los Ba\u00f1os (UPLB), Department of Social Sciences, and previously collaborated with the Center in the implementation of the Child Health and Migrant Parents in South East Asia (CHAMPSEA) project in Laguna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Jung-eun Lee, senior researcher at the Kinugasa Research Center, Ritsumeikan University, shared her research on the Korean-owned English language centers in the Philippines.
